During Your Stay When You Arrive Please report to main Reception. Inpatient Accommodation

We offer a range of private rooms, cabin ward, deluxe rooms and super deluxe rooms each equipped with private telephone, flat screen television, air conditioning, refrigerator and unsuited facilities. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preference of room. This may not always be possible on admission, however, we will ensure that your accommodation is appropriate for your clinical requirements, and we will transfer you to a room of your choice if and when one becomes available. Front Office/Reception The Front Office/Reception is open 24 hours

Going home

Your doctor will tell you when he or she thinks you are well enough to go home. Your Nurse will talk to you about any special services or equipment you may need after you are discharged. Discharge time is at 1.00 pm. It is recommended that you arrange a relative or friend to assist you in getting home To assist with your departure, the following checklist is provided. Please ensure you have:

• Collected all current medications.
• Collected all personal X-Rays
• Collected all personal belongings
• Made any necessary follow-up appointments
• Completed the patient feedback form
